Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Driver to join our team at Benny's Mini Buses in London. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of our passengers to various destinations across the city and beyond. Your professionalism, excellent driving skills, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will be key to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate our fleet of mini buses to transport passengers to their destinations in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to all road safety regulations and driving responsibly in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and follow the dress code to present a professional image to passengers and the public.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to receive route instructions, update on passenger pick-ups and drop-offs, and report any delays or issues.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure the vehicle's safety and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, trip logs, and other required documentation.
• Uphold a high level of vehicle cleanliness and ensure that the interior is well-maintained and free of debris after each trip.
• Handle any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies with composure, following company protocols and ensuring passenger well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in passenger transportation.
• Familiarity with London roads, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading luggage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
